I recommend Windows 10 with next to nothing uninstalled, all the unnesasary features must go, this machine just needs pointing at the internet. Naturally you''ll need a good firewall to hide behind, Anti Virus software and a VPN connection is preferably. Take special care with the PCI-E Extenders, don't cheap on these otherwise you'll get nothing but headaches.
